Since COVID , it seems to have been a permanent cost cutting tool for B of A. Service sucks, it's hard enough to obtain service by walking in, but try customer service on line phone service. The representatives have even gotten to the point for identification they asked for my Full social security number, Not the last 4 digits. I don’t speak badly about anyone or about the dignity of any country. But whenever I go to this bank, I don’t feel any discomfort. The entire staff speaks so kindly that it feels like they are our friends. In my own country, going to the bank used to feel like a mission, and I was so scared that I can’t even describe it.
