We had an issue with my mother’s account, and although we initially went to the branch at 345 Brand Blvd — where part of the problem actually originated due to an error on their side — they were unable to properly assist us. Service is zero. Everyone is sitting, and people are waiting. The offices are all vacant. I sat for 40 minutes, waiting. Well, and they didn't even pay attention. I came up myself, asked what was going on. They are in shock. They Hello, my name is Artyom.

And then you ask why are the Bank of America atm/branches are closing. Lack of professionalism staff. I called this complaint in to the call center. Hopefully it will be sent to headquarters and HR

Horrible location. Don’t know how to answer phones. Had a simple question but nobody wants to work. Very unfortunate. This isn’t just with this location either. Most bank of americas won’t answer their phones. Called in the morning, then afternoon at times where they should answer. Very sad.
