This branch was fine. But Bank of America is one of the worst places to deal with. I deposited my paycheck in the branch with my physical ID in hand, they still put it on hold for a whole week! I took my money out the minute it was deposited and then started the hour long wait on the phone to close my account. This bank has some of the sleaziest practices and they actively abuse their clients. Avoid going into this branch at all costs. You will wait and wait and wait. This is the second time I have gone in and been told a few minutes and in total waited 1 hour and 40 minutes in the lobby and had to leave and come back and wait due to an error.
Nour is very knowlegable and nice. She is the one who resolved my issue after another 3 people talked over the pbone.
I had an appointment today at three came in only took a few mins to be seen by Milka she went above and beyond guiding me through the entire process! Anali and other staff here are so helpful and friendly!! 10/10 for my first banking experience!
