I had an appointment today at three came in only took a few mins to be seen by Milka she went above and beyond guiding me through the entire process! Anali and other staff here are so helpful and friendly!! 10/10 for my first banking experience!Â
This is my favorite branch of BOA. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. I absolutely am impressed with their level of customer service and they always aim to please . Emma and Nour are just wonderful. The remaining staff is also nothing shy of superb , but I don’t remember all of their names. One comment for further adjustments , the branch has been excessively chilly lately. I’m always cold in there so just fix that and will be 100% perfect.Â
Nour is a wonderful banker. She is very professional and patient. I highly recommend her.Â
Bad service . Avoid this branch and Bank of America over all . Move to some Local banksÂ
