This is my favorite branch of BOA. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. I absolutely am impressed with their level of customer service and they always aim to please . Emma and Nour are just wonderful. The remaining staff is also nothing shy of superb , but I don’t remember all of their names. One comment for further adjustments , the branch has been excessively chilly lately. I’m always cold in there so just fix that and will be 100% perfect.
Nour is a wonderful banker. She is very professional and patient. I highly recommend her.
Bad service . Avoid this branch and Bank of America over all . Move to some Local banks
I've pretty much checked out of this BOA location. Each and every time I go there the wait is ridiculously long. I go in to make a simple deposit, and there's one customer at the teller desk and it still takes 15 minutes to make the deposit. This doesn't happen at other BOA locations. I've sent numerous emails to Anali Rodriguez the Financial Center Mgr, and still not one response back. Very poor management. Don't visit this location, unless you have the time and the patience to stand there waiting.... Interesting.... I'm no... read more
