Bad service . Avoid this branch and Bank of America over all . Move to some Local banks
I've pretty much checked out of this BOA location. Each and every time I go there the wait is ridiculously long. I go in to make a simple deposit, and there's one customer at the teller desk and it still takes 15 minutes to make the deposit. This doesn't happen at other BOA locations. I've sent numerous emails to Anali Rodriguez the Financial Center Mgr, and still not one response back. Very poor management. Worst Bank I’ve ever stepped into!! Went to cash a check from a VERY reputable company /bank. I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours for it to clear if deposited, so I asked for cash and was told they couldn’t do that. This is MIND numbing!! So I have a check, I bank with you and you WON’T give me cash… RIGHT! GOT IT!! I’ll be closing my account just after I collect my wallet which I left in counter by accident, due to frustration. i do not like the Bank of America Corporation...pretty corrupt. but for the staff there at the holly springs location...i think they have provided excellent service.
