I understand why they have the rating that they do. First time ever walking into a Bank of America I was inquiring about a business account and exchanging some damaged currency. Worst customer service. I was there few times and experienced the worst customer service. Bank of America should do something on this branch or they will lose customers.
While Kayla was late to an appointment, she was incredible helpful once she gets wrap up her previous work. She paid great attention to my accounts. They even stayed late until all my tasks are completed. Appreciated.
