I went in to cash a bank check that both myself and son were on. Before hand I called Bank of America to be sure I knew the rules. They said both my son and I needed to go and show if and since it was a bank check it would post the next day. When we got there the teller, who was a foreigner, said the only way you can cask check is if both are one the account. Then she had me go see the manager who said same thing. Outside ATM located on the side of the bank. Parking in front of ATM is good, sunny and shade.
I dropped my ID in the bank. I got a phone call saying that I could pick it up, only to get there to find out that they SHREDDED my license. This is completely unacceptable. They shredded my property without even informing me that they would do so. 👎🏾
