I went in to cash a bank check that both myself and son were on. Before hand I called Bank of America to be sure I knew the rules. They said both my son and I needed to go and show if and since it was a bank check it would post the next day. When we got there the teller, who was a foreigner, said the only way you can cask check is if both are one the account. Then she had me go see the manager who said same thing.
