I came in with my elderly mother who had Parkinson’s today to help her fix her bank issues. We were luckily given Faheel Alhtar as our personal banker that would be handling our issues. He was so kind, patient and immediately put us at ease as the issues were stressful. If it weren’t for him we would have closed her accounts out immediately. This is my closest BofA and it's 2 hours from my house. I've tried calling the branch several times and it always says everyone is busy. I need to know if I have all of the right documents to make changes to my accounts before I make the drive down there. I'm about to close all of my BofA accounts because this is ridiculous. I've been banking with you since 2010.
