Bank of America has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. I sat with their banker and submitted documents to them with their employee and their estate department still says they don’t have what they need and refuse to release the funds from my father’s account. I feel they are trying to rob us of what we are entitled to. They have all the court documents letter of instruction and still not satisfied. Take your money elsewhere …
