I was told by an online agent that I would need to stop by a branch to resolve my issue. When I went to the branch office, I was told no one would be able to see me all day. I was told to drive to another location and was told again that no one could see me all day. They were very cold and unfriendly. I recommend they go to any other bank and see how one is operated.
The financial center was closed, only drive through.
Personnel is very kind and conveniences from our home.
I love this Bank of America! Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
