Years ago when we lived in LSL this was a wonderful bank. Apparently some dishonest person is now running it and send people bills for lock-boxes they never signed for 5 years later. Careful of any services they offer. BOA online has no clue and they don't answer phones. Follow up - This has since been resolved.
No signs on doors about new hours. Frustrating
Recently started going to this branch.. Michelle, Josh and the rest of the team provide the best customer service every time.
The team at the LSL BOA are a well oiled machine! I worked with Patrick for a wire transfer - quick and painless, Heather for a withdraw - supremely efficient and competent, and Abby who works in mortgages and just happened to brighten up my day with her bubbly personality! Excellent work BOA!
