I had an account here, they changed my account type that ended up being a fee paid account & eventually my funds were depleted, they had their NERVE to tell me that I must pay the account fees tht acculated!! The Devil & his minions are a Lie!!
Terrible branch. They don't care about the customer or personal banking relationship. They never have available appointments. I had a previous relationship with a banker so I wanted to work with them. I made a SPECIFIC appointment to work with them. I walked in and told them I had an appointment. They didn't allow me to work with the banker I wanted to. After that, they just told me to do what I wanted online. What's the point of having a relationship when they don't care and tell you to do it online? I can't figure out why ... read more
