If you are a business, avoid this bank at all cost. Random holds coming out of nowhere all the time on rather small jobs. I'll owe an extra $500 on rent because they can't clear a simple 3k cashiers check in a reasonable Timeline. Will never do business with them again, and am closing my account AS SOON as my check FINALLY clears.

First the blonde old lady told me that she didn’t think I could cash the check due to the amount, then I proceeded to let her know that in the Bank of America policy it’s 3,999.99 for non customer to cash, she left and came back and told me that since the pen that was used looked like two different inks(clearly black) that I couldn’t cash the check there’s a reason this bank has 2 stars get your act together
