NO drive thru AND will not accept a cash deposit with deposit slip if you aren't an account owner... but they'll accept a personal check from a non-account owner?! For years I've never been able to figure out why anybody Banks here.
Takes so long to take calls, I understand this is a financial center and not a call center, but more than 1 hour? By the way I am still on hold. The call system with the ai is also not helpful. I chose the option to speak to associate, but instead of even putting me on hold it just said "all the associates are busy, click one to go back to the directory" and if I didnt it would cut the call. So I chose a different option, the ai told me to give information about what im calling about. I DID. It said it didn't understand, so ... read more
