Each time I call it takes numerous times of calling back before I get an answer. Today it’s taken six times and no answer yet. I’m glad I’m closing my account there.

NO drive thru AND will not accept a cash deposit with deposit slip if you aren't an account owner... but they'll accept a personal check from a non-account owner?! For years I've never been able to figure out why anybody Banks here.
