I had the best experience with Ashley. I needed a medallion stamp and it was proving to be quite difficult. Ashley was superb in assisting me through the process. It was a process that required a lot of calls and texts and appointments, and she could not have been more helpful and so kind!I have never received such amazing customer service at the bank. I have banked here for many years, both with my business and personal. The hospitality and professionalism is better than any bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve made relationships with long time employees which keep me coming back, and new employees who treat me with same courtesy like they did today. I can’t say enough good things about this branch.
I was berated by a teller who refused to read my account notes, a fellow employee of hers with seniority had to calm her down. It was embarrassing for everyone. This lack of civility has led me to change banking locations. I hope she becomes educated and learns to treat others with dignity and respect.
