I have been a Bank of America customer for 18 years and today I was treated so disrespectfully by the so-called manager, Gabriel and two female staff members. I tried to cash a check and I was treated as a criminal. I was ridiculed and treated like dirt. The people there are horrible as far as I’m concerned. I wish that I could give them all zero stars
Sometimes there is a line but rarely more than 3 people. A bit sterile inside but that’s ok.
This is crazy. The lady at the counter keeps staring at me so many times that I feel offended. Why don’t you focus more on your work and make people wait less instead of staring at me? Besides, I’m not even the one you’re serving.
I give 2 stars other than that I was there over 3 hours & could not set up a trust bank account because manager insisted that he needed the whole document instead of my certificate of trust. There are multiple people named under this trust SAME as me and 4 of them went to separate B of Am. branches & were able to complete the account set up without the extra said documents that this branch needs? 4 other B OF America's set up the trust account no problem this branch couldn't do it ? After over 3 hour appointment.
