Not properly manned with long wait times at the teller. Manager on Saturday also not the friendliest
I was starting to hate on Bank of America because of the problems I was having with their credit card. Went into this branch and met with Gabriella and she took care of the problem. She was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I'm staying with Bank of America now!
My experience with this Bank of America in Wesley chapel was very pleasant. A banker at Chase across the street wouldn’t help me because they were, “closing in about an hour”. I’ve been banking with chase for 15 years, so I was hesitant to switch banks, but I went across the street to BofA, and even though they were closing soon, Jacob Tang and the rest of the team had no problem with helping me. The service was helpful and they were all very friendly.
Customer surface very bad . I goto today for I want to know something Something happened in my Account . Women there she Have a bad attitude she can’t help. When I told her my situation . She said call Customer service . Another guy Stand next to her he He heard the Situation he take me the office and Fix my problem . She very Rude and not help her
This is the worst bank in the area. They closed their drive-thru, and the ATMs that were supposed to replace it never work properly. There are never enough tellers to handle the amount of people inside. A cash deposit shouldn't take 35 minutes. Bonus, if a business account holder comes in they get to cut everyone else, no matter how long they've been waiting
