This has got to be the most understaffed bank I’ve ever been to. Every time I come, there’s a long line and only one bank teller working.

Very bad customer service.
This place is almost always a bad experience, it's literally as bad or worse than the DMV. Always a line and always understaffed at the teller. The only saving grace is that they have a drive though ATM and an after hours lobby ATM for members that are usually functioning.
