Horrible service with Chantel
I have been a customer of boa for YEARS and they have always been good to me, but today I got exceptional customer support from senior Banker, Christine Jenkins. She helped me open an account for a family trust very quickly and easily. She was very sensitive to the subject and was able to accommodate me even though I ran late. People like Christine are the reason that I continue to bank with Bank of America!
This has got to be the most understaffed bank I’ve ever been to. Every time I come, there’s a long line and only one bank teller working.
