I visited this location on Thursday at 3:30 pm, and was straight up refused service by a female employee. When pressed, she said they were "about to close." I asked if she could at least answer some questions about what I needed done, she said "no." ***It baffles me that there was not even an attempt to be minimally helpful.*** I'm a customer since 1997. Thank you, Jovin, for helping me on a stellar way on Friday.
So I go to pull out money then of course corporate side of bank suspends my business ATM card and flags my action. Pinche banks. But because of one employee I stayed with the bank and didn't cancel my business account. He stopped everything he was doing and made sure my card was active before I got on my truck driving run. That guy should be praised. While he did t know the business side he did not stop until I was content. He is a team player and the ultimate example of service. He kept a client for y'all.
