I went in the branch to file a claim regarding a dispute and was advised to clear with the vendor. After several attempts to deal with the vendor I finally went back to the bank and the credited my account. Now they are trying reverse due to 60 day limit. If they would have just filed the claim when I originally went in the bbranch, we wouldn't be here where I'm the one out the money. Of course they didn't know their own rules and can't get my money back.
