Manager name dago he dont how to talk with people and they put worng name on. Wire transfer and manager say it’s your fault and he leave us setting and leave for lunch

If I could put a 0 star review I would!!! I came here in desperate need of help and was not given that. The manager JAG even had to get involved and did not help me either. So I had to go to another branch who went ABOVE and beyond to help me with the situation I was having which clearly showed how little this branch cared. Horrible service they clearly DO NOT care about their customers or people in general. Never going back here.
Do not use the drive through atm. There is some kind of pin reader/card skimmer. I used this bank's drive through 2 weeks ago. I was going to use my card today and then I noticed my unemployment was completely withdrawn. I was relying on my unemployment to buy groceries for my young children. Now I don't have money to do that! Thieves stealing food from children. Now my family has to wait up to three months to get the money back.
