We have been costumers of this branch for decades, my grandparents started their account here. We have always received help effectively, very kindly, and, when needed, in Spanish, which has been tremendously helpful.
These people are very incompetent, horrible customer service. They spend too much time talking to other staff and shooting the shit with each other. I had a general question and they completely go off the subject with nonsense. I had a direct question and they just want to waste both of our times.
I received exceptional customer service and indivualized help at Coronado branch BofA. Tiffany M. and Paige T. are efficient and professional. Thank you!
Terrible customer service. Literally a line is getting longer, but only one window available. Then have a free unengaged bank employee ask if they can help, but does not help in the slightest. Spot on. Update: Since it’s closing time, that’s when the three plus people decided to help attend clients. I get the “closing time” aspect for workers, but this was just really poor. Glad I don’t bank with them.
