Terrible customer service. Literally a line is getting longer, but only one window available. Then have a free unengaged bank employee ask if they can help, but does not help in the slightest. Spot on. Update: Since it’s closing time, that’s when the three plus people decided to help attend clients. I get the “closing time” aspect for workers, but this was just really poor. Glad I don’t bank with them.
Good bank
I can't explain how much I detest this bank! Its always been horrible and I will be looking for another bank. It is a cold environment with the Officers rarely available and waiting is common. One teller is all they have and pretty much no one I know in this town likes this bank!
Horrible customer service; no one answers the phone. Reps give you their card and don't answer email. I had a rep give me her card and when I called her number no one answered and the voice mail was not even set up. If you have a question, the answer is always "try the app" even if you are standing in the bank talking to them. No one looks super busy in there but customer service is clearly at the bottom of the list. I would definitely take my business elsewhere if you want any type of customer service.
