Went in to try to get an estate settled. B of A national was giving me conflicting and incorrect information about a trust account that I was trying to get squared away. Met with Mallory and from the beginning was responsive and sympathetic to the issues I was facing. It took a few weeks to finally get settled, but she was an incredible customer advocate and wouldn't quit till it was fixed. She was absolute gold.
A truly great experience. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Maria provided outstanding assistance, explaining all the details with impressive patience.

There are a bunch of children running this branch, all dressed up top look like they know what they are doing. But they don't. A simple transaction required me to go to the bank no fewer than 3 times, and they still got most of it wrong. I've been at BOA for decades, but moving my $$$ across the street to Wells Fargo. Soon, this entire branch will be replaced with a robot, and the service should get better. Avoid Maria at all costs.
Horrible mortgage experience with Elizabeth and BofA. We were hoping to work with them again as they were very helpful with our first mortgage but the people at their local Colorado branch were entirely unhelpful or educated on our unique circumstances (despite having a relationship with them for almost ten years).
