Ridiculous wait times EVERYDAY
Love this bank the lady that help me open my account was so sweet and explain everything to me about the bank and my account the tellers are all very sweet and very professional.
Rude tellers, long lines, and they just started to refuse to cash my disability check only deposit. Not helpful or caring to customers at all.
You have to make appointment that are extremely booked and can wait months before receiving one, if you need service and walk long distance or drive long distance you are meet with “ you need an appointment” I can confirm with all the bad reviews here and they show no care. Look for another bank to deal with, I sure am.
