So I got my hundred dollars ripped from the ATM I went inside and they were most nicely helpful especially Carol the assistant inside she was the best and nice and she managed to retrieve the other ripped half an exchange my 100 dollar bill thank you Carol you deserve a promotion
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this particular branch of Bank of America since I first moved here to Berlin CT. Most recently, branch manager Carol Gaughan, as well as customer advisor Matheus Barros, worked through a vehicle purchase and helped me navigate the app to solve some logistical issues. They were both helpful and compassionate, and seem to always have my best interests at heart.
Seher, Matheus and Carol are very customer oriented and a true pleasure to deal with. I welcome anyone to stop by Bank of America Berlin, for a wonderful experience! "10-10-10" !
If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any point in my life.
Went to cash a check drawn on a B of A account. Wanted to charge $8 to cash a $50 check from one of their customers. Then asked if I wanted to open an account to not pay the $8, not a chance. Webster Bank is way better.
