If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any point in my life.
Went to cash a check drawn on a B of A account. Wanted to charge $8 to cash a $50 check from one of their customers. Then asked if I wanted to open an account to not pay the $8, not a chance. Webster Bank is way better.
Lately past few months, when go in for depost/withdral you won't know whether it will take 15 min or 40 min just to be at the counter. not the staff fault, a single telle was working.
