The absolute worst, most disrespectful experience with the manager. Wasted an hour of our time & offered no help. Very inconsiderate & rude. Went down to another location that had it taken care of for us in less than 5 minutes. Pathetic honestlyÂ

Katarina Zargova (I probably got the spelling of her name wrong), but in any event, she is the Eastern European blonde manager who greets you in the front there as of May 2024. She is an absolutely terrible service professional and manager and needs corporate retraining. I went it to order a debit card to the branch since someone committed fraud on my card.
