Will not answer the phone!!! Awful customer service here I have a simple question about this locations policy, only answered once in 2 hours and hung up on me, I know it's not a call center and for you to even make that comment show how ridiculous it is. You should be able to reach out to your local branch for a question and you can't say no one had time in 2 hours to answer. I've been calling 2 hours straight.....that should be an issue for any company!
Just 1 window opened and the line to the door, left after standing for 30 min in line in which only 2 people were attended.

No soy cliente nuevo ni mi cuenta es nueva es una cuenta de 4 años con suficiente tránsito de dinero pero aún así ellos optan por retener todo el dinero entra a la cuenta
