The customer service phone number is horrible! They put you on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and will disconnect! Multiple times! Even in the fraud department no one answers your call. It's not even 2:00pm yet! Really????????
Costumer service is to slow. Cash a check you need ID and 1 bank account to confirm identity. Bad service....
