I have used Bank of America in the past. They provide decent services.
They make it very hard to recover your account if you forgot the password and they don't even have a basic support email for people to talk to.
The customer service phone number is horrible! They put you on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and will disconnect! Multiple times! Even in the fraud department no one answers your call. It's not even 2:00pm yet! Really????????
