Dont expect Bank of America to care if you work a 9 to 5 and you need to see customer service. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. They made sure to help the least amount of customers. Pathetic.Â
Friendly enough crew, but never enough tellers. Always a 20+ min wait. But again, this has more to do with policy than the crew. Like the people here, just wish there was more of them.Â
