Worst branch in California, I went there this morning to withdraw Money and couldn't due to some updating I needed, ask them to do the updates at that moment as I needed my 15k for emergency. They said I had to make an appointment, I feel they lack service and solutions for clients. Walked out from this branch and went over to my preferred branch in BALDWIN PARK, I TOOK MAX 5MIN AND WALKED OUT WITH 20K, MORE THAN I WAS TRYING TO GET IN WEST COVINA...... PEOPLE SAVE YOUR TIME AND STRESS, GO TO BALDWIN PARK BOA....
Dont expect Bank of America to care if you work a 9 to 5 and you need to see customer service. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. They made sure to help the least amount of customers. Pathetic.
Friendly enough crew, but never enough tellers. Always a 20+ min wait. But again, this has more to do with policy than the crew. Like the people here, just wish there was more of them.
