No wonder their score is extremely low , due to this location I quit having BOA . Got back few years latter still same slow , don't know what they are doing staff . From tellers to personal bankers , very bad . I don't know they might be paid like McDonalds workers so that's the reason but BOA really dropped the ball on this one.
