I’m not sure why this BOA location has received so many negative reviews , my experience was great. I’m stopped by to check in at the font with the helpful staff I believed his name is Hugo and he helped me to make an appointment with Christina Nguyen to open a new account, and she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The atm area reeks of urine. Phew 08/04/22 still smell of urine when using the atms 05/13/23 @ 6:27pm. ATMs area still smelled like urine. 03/10/24 There is a high pitch noise around the atm area that would drive you crazy. Pls make it stops 05/18/24 @ 4:27pm ATM unit on far right did not confirm cash deposit amount, gave error code, then showed a spinning icon on screen for more than a minute, then reset like nothing happened. No wonder their score is extremely low , due to this location I quit having BOA . Got back few years latter still same slow , don't know what they are doing staff . From tellers to personal bankers , very bad . I don't know they might be paid like McDonalds workers so that's the reason but BOA really dropped the ball on this one.
