There is a reason this branch has such a low rating. I went in today to cash a check(non-customer). The teller could barely crack a smile and greeted me with “hello”. I told her I needed to cash a check and provided 2 valid forms of ID, one of which she never bothered to acknowledge. She scanned a light over my license for what seemed like an eternity. Then proceeded to say you know there’s a $8 fee to cash right; I told her I know. (If I am a non customer how am I supposed to know?, needs to be educated on how to speak) She... read more
