Will not exchange cash I just withdrawaled from them for quarters without having an account with them, Chase bank will though! This is why I closed my accounts with bank of america. Very poor customer service. And then they send me an automated response asking me to contact their social network team... Is that what you call customer service? Get real.
Place sucks, service is horrible and slow. Only one Teller at the window and 8 people in line.
