I wanted to close one of my bank accounts. I walked into the bank at 3 o'clock. After waiting for 15 minutes, a staff member came to ask me what I wanted. I said I wanted to close an account, and he immediately showed an impatient look on his face. He said we have to close at 4 o'clock, and there is another customer ahead of you. I definitely can't help you today. Please come back later!
This bank isnt as busy makes it a quick stop
The staff here are excellent,I had the pleasure of having Miss Diana Camacho assisting me with all my needs,She explained everything and weighted in on several options,I've been to other locations and had subpar experiences,This well be my home bank from now on.
