Awful was in today to change account info etc Manager was at front disorganized and assistant on floor could not log in. ! Said I had to make an appointment?!?? Awful Customer service — go somewhere else !
The front desk Is always empty. It’s like this at every single branch.
They gave me a bunch of cash that was ripped up and taped back together. It was in the middle of a stack of a couple thousand so I didn't notice it until I went to pay a contractor. Ended up having to go back and exchange it. I have closed my account and moved to a much better local bank.
