They gave me a bunch of cash that was ripped up and taped back together. It was in the middle of a stack of a couple thousand so I didn't notice it until I went to pay a contractor. Ended up having to go back and exchange it.

BoA themselves suck but this review is for this branch, which was great. Helped me close out my business account and actually did it on the first time! Finally some competence at BoA!
