BoA themselves suck but this review is for this branch, which was great. Helped me close out my business account and actually did it on the first time! Finally some competence at BoA!Â
I'm writing based off our experience on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. We have a couple of business accounts and a credit card and needed to switch our treasurer from the out-going to the incoming. While it's simple enough in theory, the security measures to do so take a while. Even so, Kasia was as helpful, humorous, and knowledgeable as possible. It was actually a pleasant experience, due in great part to her personality and desire to help. Highly recommended based on this experience.Â
