I can't speak much for the tellers, as I usually use the ATM for deposits and withdrawals, but in terms of meeting with staff for things like setting up new accounts or discussing other financial options, I can recommend this branch. I met with their Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor, Jerry Diamantides, about an auto loan and about opening a new account for a child-- he was fast, informative, and thorough. Worst bank ever. Couldn’t get access to cash all weekend, getting different information from different agents in customer service, hours on hold, the list of terrible issues is endless. Buyer beware.

Only 1 Teller on and 10 people in line. They don’t seem to care. Then they wanted $8.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank! I don’t know why people go here. They are robbing the customers with fees

This morning at 9:05, my mother (before work) went in with my grandma to do something. My mother went up to a teller and told her what she needed done and the teller said she put her in the system. 5 minutes later an elderly lady came in and stood in front of the office. Next thing my mother knows, either a black or mixed employee comes out and takes the elderly lady before her. The employee didn’t ask who was there first, she just took the elderly lady.
