I happen to be a platinum honors whatever BoA customer, which isn’t relevant. I scheduled a simple witness/notary appointment for 2:00 yesterday. I showed up, the woman said my three simple documents “looked like a lot” and asked me to leave. I went across the street to Citizens and they did it in 15 minutes.
Thia bank is always empty and yet I am always in line for over 10 minutes because the tellers and everyone else is acting like they have something else to do. No wonder banking is a dying business. The employees are lazy and slow as hell. Just close it and leave the atms
I always come here for gold dollar coins and $2 bills for the Lunar New Year. Their level of customer service is wonderful.
