Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I deposited a check at the teller, but it was later returned. On top of that, because it was close to closing time, the staff member was clearly impatient and rushed me, making me feel unwelcome. Customers should be treated professionally regardless of the time of day. This experience was unacceptable.
If I could give this location a zero i would. I was standing waiting in line here excessively for 30 minutes just to make a deposit . While two managers watched the line continue to grow!!! Until I asked David if he could do a simple deposit with getting cash back… he said sure I can take you outside to the ATM.. i said w/ cash back.. then he said “ no” cash back just a deposit!!! By this time the line was almost out the doors or “to the door”.. They only had ONE teller!! Really at 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon after a holiday!... read more
