Great customer service.
I agree with Virgil Lyss. Don't count on the old reviews. I was there today (3/12/2020) to get a help on transferring fund to my parents' account and R.Scott Brewer was VERY HELPFUL. I usually use BOAs in downtown Bellevue and my experiences there usually aren't that good but R. Scott sure made me feel better about BOA. The teller there is very friendly and nice too.
Tellers are nice just seams to be under staffed all the time :-(
