Very helpful and nice staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. They solved my problem quickly. Great service!
The staff is generally helpful and friendly, making transactions smooth most of the time. However, I’ve experienced longer wait times during peak hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a solid bank, but they could improve on their efficiency.
$50 for 50 checks (insane cost!), won't do counter checks anymore and cashier check machine is broken, all while limiting my zelle transactions to $2k/day. They're making it almost impossible as a small business owner to bank here. Time to start looking at Key Bank and other options.
Discrimination at its finest… I’m officially done with Bank of America after today. As for the teller I dealt with—I won’t even mention her name out of respect—but her behavior was completely unprofessional.
