Discrimination at its finest… I’m officially done with Bank of America after today. As for the teller I dealt with—I won’t even mention her name out of respect—but her behavior was completely unprofessional.
Staff More Tellers, Staff More Tellers, Staff More Tellers. Line of 10 people today with one person working. 2:00. Here for over 45 minutes waiting. They’re usually friendly but this business is not ran well. Hire more tellers! 1 star for attention.
Customer service has to be close , it's useless.
It's a Shame that Bank of America closes at 4pm, most Banks closes at 5ish. What a JOKE I'm changing...
They refuse to cash a check even tho I pay 12 a month for an account. They are the worst.
