This morning I had the opportunity to visit this bank and it was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I understand it’s the first of the month and all banks are busy but as a business owner- I stepped in the special business line. After waiting for 15 minutes I approached the counter to ask the young lady if I had to switch lines since I was not called on. Waited 20 minutes in line just to found out there is an other 45 to an hour waiting time to open an account.
This branch's number is spam calls. DO NOT ANSWER. I spoke with B of A customer service and They will try and have you give your card info out. Reported them to the FTC.
