Got a seat and waited for my turn. However, a girl went in later than me and got in before me. After 45 minutes, I was still sitting there and just decided to leave. Customer service in this branch is so poorly managed.
Thank you for having honest representatives, it’s more rare than people realize these days. In my experience, Edward and Maritza have gone above and beyond, and the manager and host have been equally professional and welcoming. I haven’t needed the teller line yet, but if they’re anything like the bankers I’ve worked with, I’m confident they’re just as solid.
