Every time we go to this branch, we receive excellent service. Yesterday we were there and we have met with Vania , we have asked her many questions about loans and mortgages , she answered each single one with a big smile. Very recommend branch.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Providence Highway Financial Center in Norwood, MA. This branch always has a customer focus and one is always greeted with a smile and a "How Can we help you?" In particular, the manager, Uzma Munir, is always 'there' to go above and beyond what one would expect from such a large institution. This location, in particular, has the 'feel' of a community bank.
