This place doesn't care about customers enough to have more than one teller for a line of 10 people, no wonder the reviews are terrible....just go to another branch if you need to do something at a teller.
I live in Hayward and have resorted to coming to this branch because the one near my house is always too busy and the customer service has always disappointed. In turn, my husband and I have always had a pleasant experience when coming to this branch.
Pluses: the overworked young man out front & the several women handling appointments were all professional & helpful. The waiting area is surprisingly nice. Con’s: it’s not the branch- it’s the bank. Horrible understaffing, long wait for tellers, long wait for appointments, the app glitched & was utterly unhelpful to schedule me an appointment- a mess. Employees are not in sync with each other and didn't account for customer commute multiple times. I didn't feel from the branch head replies that they care even 1% about the customers.
