The Asian teller lady (she might be Chinese) in the business section was rude! Didn’t say hi or thank you at the end. They could really use some manner. And they need to learn to smile!
Updating my review.... Hate this place. Never enough tellers to provide help. Latest outing...11:30am and a line of 8 people waiting for help at the teller -- and yet they only have 1 teller working. I mean we know banks loathe their customers, but this is absurd. And not the first time at this location.
The bankers here are a hit or miss. The first two experiences has been exceptionally great - an advisor called Munish; he was real patient throughout the whole process. The third time I wanted to meet with a loan advisor( Huong Le) , just hoping to get a better scope of my budget when financing a car. However, she started going on about how I needed to make a credit card with BofA, while giving me little to no time to decide.
