Awful people and awful company. They instructed me to deposit Treasury checks for an ERC refund on a closed business that I banked with them on. They promised the funds would be available in 10 days and gave me a deposit slip stating that. However, the funds never became available, they froze them and then closed my account, closed my personal account, and closed my personal credits cards, taking my cc points/money and dropping my credit score 20 points. Wow what tantrum I received. I understand it's Friday and everyone wants to start their weekend. I show up after 5pm looking at the hours. I'm new here to Cali. Lady walks out and immediately get a negative tone from her. Saying come tomorrow. We open at 9... And so on. Well screw it... I guess I ain't opening a savings account. I'm a guy who gives positive energy, but that sure put me in a position I don't want to be.Â
