Awful people and awful company. They instructed me to deposit Treasury checks for an ERC refund on a closed business that I banked with them on. They promised the funds would be available in 10 days and gave me a deposit slip stating that. However, the funds never became available, they froze them and then closed my account, closed my personal account, and closed my personal credits cards, taking my cc points/money and dropping my credit score 20 points.
