I have to go do deposits on the daily for work, Maria makes this process smoth and easy for me. She doesnt give me a hard time on how i do the deposit or how many deposits I have. She is always eager to help and somehow I usually get her and I really enjoy my experience when she assits me. Maria your a rockstar and thank you so much for all your help I will continue to do business with this specific branch because of that. The other girls are always nice and so helpful as well.
Front desk lady when entering the bank she’s missing she walked out from the help center windows through a door she came out said I’ll be there to help you then she stop and you o chat with her co-workers and just let costumers waiting unbelievable service this lady just don’t care about helping costumers it looks like 3/26/26 4:31pm
Convenient location, there is pretty much everything in this square, but this bank!! There was a long line, I'm disabled why that matters, and there only two tellers at the windows!! There is a desk at the front with a crabby lady (she was the day I went in) who can direct you if you have an issue but there 4-5 people sitting waiting for one person to help them & you need an appointment. I needed to transfer money (it wasn't working in the app) and it didn't work using zelle and she told me I'd need to call customer service,... read more
