Very satisfied with service. We had an appointment to do some account changes and additions. Alyene (spell?) was very patient, professional, answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Thank you so much! I like that this branch also has an inside ATM as well as the ones outside.
Gracie, whatever her position, is unprofessional and not customer service equipped. Altogether this branch is unsatisfying as a whole! Never enough tellers, business window is always closed.
Only one cashier for a long line of customers waiting.
