This place is garbage. Theirs more people standing around then helping at the window. When you complain to tell them to help clear the line, they shrugg you off. I personally hate coming here. Atms are fine but don't use the window services inside. Place sucks! They should shut down like the other location nearby did.
This branch is really slow with customer service. It should not take 25 minutes to help 4 people ahead of me with 3 tellers and 4 other employees sitting at their desk.. the manager should have checked with the customers and said something like sorry about the wait, will be right with you.. instead the lady manager decided to argue back with the customers today. The issue isn’t the fact that I wasn’t able to get the answer that I wanted. The whole situation and the whole reasoning behind this two stars with simply because of the person who helped me out they didn’t make me seem like anything that I was talking about was valid Like everything that I was saying was a lie. He made it seem like I was bothersome to him and he didn’t really try to get any type of anything with me. Unfortunatly a terrible experiance. They make you wait in line like if they dont want you to come back again. So sad, there is no interest on helping the custumers. No disrespect, they need more tellers at the rash hours.
