On Thursday at 2:00 PM, there was only one person working in the huge bank. As a customer making payments, am I supposed to wait over 30 minutes? Two more people came after me, and while I was waiting, one of them left. This need to be close this location I never see anything like this in my life. I wish I can give them zero. Even 1 star to much for them
I personally would never use this Bank. They clearly don’t follow protocols as well as their automated service is so easy that you can Get a hold of people’s information! Bank of America, you need to do better as well as Train your employees a lot better because I did power of attorney paperwork and Laura never sent the documents over as they should’ve been sent
