The branch is closed with the exception of the ATM. Standard BofA.
Saturday at 11 a.m. there is no teller in the drive through. The blind is down. So I go inside....one teller and at least 12 people waiting. Customer service at its finest.
I went to this bank, it was a snow day, checked online To see if they were open, it said it was in fact open, when I get there, it was closed. They should at least put online that they were closed.
I walk in to drop off my deposit and the girl that is in middle makes me wait just so she can chat to someone else who clearly was on their cellphone when they walked in. Very bad customer service on her part and she should be retrained....thank God I dont I a personal account with this bank...
This goes for all BOA locations as of recent, but this location is guilty as well. I don't know why Bank of America finds the need to hire a greeter while only one teller is working, and there's literally a line out the door. The last thing we as customers want to look at as we're standing in line for a half hour is another employee staring at us in line while they do absolutely nothing when they can get behind a computer and cut the wait in half.
