This place has discuting custumor service i need money to go to chuky chese with my kid and the bank said the account was inactive so they the deleted it
I drove to the bank because my account was hacked and they told me they don’t do that there and gave me a phone number. And I said yeah they have a 45 minute wait how can you not help me here this is the bank. And she literally did nothing. Went home called he number she wrote on the sticky note and back in line for 45 minutes. Disgusting customer service...
go here if you have no where to be for the rest of the day.
as for all of the Bank of America financial centers should be open past 4 pm for people that actually work to be able to go to them. Ridiculous!
