Always just has one teller working when there should be at least two tellers working at all times unless there is no line. The tellers take too long to process transactions and just leave their teller post when there is a long line of customers. Unacceptable when people have places to go and don't have time to wait all day so that workers can go on breaks. Need to improve the awareness of the people waiting in line and respect their time. There are no excuses for this.
This bank is a joke they cant even cash their own checks.
It is good only if you have an appointment or you are for a terrible disappointment. La palma branch without appointment, at least try to help.
Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes just to see a teller. They only ever have one or two tellers. Manager walks around but doesn’t help to shorten the line. Try banking with US bank instead
