This review is less about the bank/financial center but specifically for Mr. Lopez who runs the Merril investment side form this branch, Banks aren't what they used to be - corporate wants to steer consumers to online banking to save overhead and the personal touch of a financial professional is long gone. I feel like I am missing precious moments of my life as I wait in this line. How big of a corporation is BofA? What would it cost them to make it so I don’t have to spend 30 minutes in a line to deposit a check? My children are growing older as I wait here.
