terribly long wait times such a waste of time only 1-2 ppl at the window
I've decided to do a review because my husband experienced the same thing at a different Bank of America I will literally change my bank if you don't figure out something about how to have a bathroom for people at your place. It takes so long to get something done inside the bank. I went there with my mother and 3 year old daughter, who is pretty trained, but parents will know it's hard for them to hold it. we had to wait to see an employee. Service was really bad. There was only like 7 people and we spent about 25 minutes waiting because each customer took 10 minutes or MORE being helped. Not only that, but they only had 1 cashier or person at the window!!
This review is less about the bank/financial center but specifically for Mr. Lopez who runs the Merril investment side form this branch, Banks aren't what they used to be - corporate wants to steer consumers to online banking to save overhead and the personal touch of a financial professional is long gone. Mr. Lopez is a reminder of the good old personal relationship banking days. He's kind and professional and does go beyond for his clients.
