It's sad that our banking world has become this. The service at this branch is simply unacceptable. In branch tellers and managers that just don't care (and even if they did they're completely untrained). And nobody ever answers the phone. I'm embarrassed for BofA. Their investors should be concerned if this is the future of BofA banking
First hour in the day. One teller and nine customers in line waiting. Horrible experiences.
