My company is incorporated in Quebec, but I have an ITIN, an EIN, and my incorporation documents. Opening a personal account is easier, isn't it? I have no idea if I’m going to get the results I want out of my situation, but the senior banker and a relationship banker named Tyler went above and beyond to try to help me as much as he could when they didn’t have to.

Husband has been with them 45 years, now someone hacked his accounts and added phone number from NY . Tons of trouble with fraud division saying they could not confirm it was him. Calls put on hold for15-20 minutes, transferred several times each call. They said they fixed it yet another check was processing that’s still in his check book. Will NOT bump up to higher lever. Time to close accounts there. Almost suspect someone who works there is in on this.
The absolute worst bank ever. 3 employees, 2 laughing and having a great time while there’s a line and 1 person helping. Makes sense 🤦♂️
