I have been with this Branch for more than a decade and I have always had good experiences. But the bearded guy in the counter today - Nick - he was horrible! I was there for a withdrawal (due to no working ATM availability) and multiple people in line behind me got their transactions completed by the other associate while I was waiting with Nick.
