I’m giving 5 stars because of the employee who assisted me, not because of the overall experience. I visited the branch after receiving a letter asking me to submit documents at any financial center. The banker who helped me was professional, patient, and genuinely tried every possible option to assist. Unfortunately, due to internal coordination between departments, the request couldn’t be completed during my visit. Went there for a withdraw and cashier was very friendly. Short line. In and out in less than 10 min
Terrible customer service. Went to cash a check and girl was rude and did not explain things correctly. The attitude and lack of decorum was very disappointing. Will not be going to that branch.
Bad customer service. There no people here in the bank to get the service, bank needs good employee..
