I come here often, and one night, i came in to deposit my cash. There was vomit all over the kiosk screen and buttons... It's been two weeks already, and the same carpet is in there . The kisosk screen and buttons look filthy, and it's gross. Clean it up and do better. 🤮🤢 Not to mention, i seen a customer go in and use that kisosk too... i was pulling off as it happened, but i sure hope he washed his hands after that.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Michelle at this branch of Bank of America, in Plymouth!!! I am managing my extremely elderly father’s financial situation, as he moves through profound dementia. Michelle has gone WAY above and beyond in her assistance, support, communications, and follow-through. What could have been an extremely stressful situation has been made so much less burdensome, with Michelle’s taking up the heavy lifting on my behalf. THANK YOU SOOO much, Michelle!!!
