Stupidity at its max. We had a confirmed appointment at 12, but when I showed up, they told me it was at 11:30 and said they can’t do anything about it. When I asked if any other location could help, they just gave me numbers to call and check for an appointment myself. I’m honestly very frustrated with this. I have opened several accounts for my employees with Carlos, and this is the first time I’m facing such poor handling. My original appointment was scheduled for Friday, then it was moved to Monday at 12—and now this
I come here often, and one night, i came in to deposit my cash. There was vomit all over the kiosk screen and buttons... It's been two weeks already, and the same carpet is in there . The kisosk screen and buttons look filthy, and it's gross. Clean it up and do better. 🤮🤢 Not to mention, i seen a customer go in and use that kisosk too... i was pulling off as it happened, but i sure hope he washed his hands after that.
Customers services is still traditional it is unhelpful
