This location is extremely infuriating and a complete joke! Not one to leave a review, but wow! Don’t get me wrong, there’s been times where I’ve came in and it’s been great customer service. After my last visit, safe to say I’m not coming back. Not once, but TWICE have I received the incorrect amount. I’m only exchanging from bigger bills to smaller bills. Stupidity at its max. We had a confirmed appointment at 12, but when I showed up, they told me it was at 11:30 and said they can’t do anything about it. When I asked if any other location could help, they just gave me numbers to call and check for an appointment myself. I’m honestly very frustrated with this. I have opened several accounts for my employees with Carlos, and this is the first time I’m facing such poor handling. My original appointment was scheduled for Friday, then it was moved to Monday at 12—and now this
