we just wanted too change adress in the profile, but workers of this bank makes us wait more then 1 hours, so we just decided to go home and never come back here
This branch of BOA has been far the best branch I have dealt with. I was a walk in today and worked with Kendra on my dad's estate. I had met with a branch in Cary that was not helpful at all but am so thankful I walked into this branch. Each person I met with was personable and helpful. I would highly recommend them!
I visited Bank of America today April 4 on Military Cutoff in Wilmington NC and and the representative Leslie couldn’t have been nicer or informed in helping me with a on going situation. I had several issues and all were resolved, thanks again Leslie.
I went to deposit cash in their indoors atm and it took the money without depositing. Never had this happen before. I had to wait in the office and call a 1-800 number to file a claim. The manager was nice and tried to help but I missed my appointment bc of this and it ruined my beach plans. This shouldn’t happen at a bank. Looking at alternative banking solutions now.
The 'gatekeeper' curls up the tone at the end of her sentences making your waiting time sounds so dang enjoyable and is so annoying! Watch employees walk in AFTER 10 am, opening time, with Chick FilA for everyone. Do your job! Break time before starting???!!!! The customer service SUCKS! Your time means nothing!
