being a bank of america platinum member for 30 years, I made appointment to get a notary done , when I all the way made to the appointment, the bank staff who was supposed to do it said that he seldom do it and not comfortable to do it and no one in the bank is comfortable to do the notary. I checked online that they provided the service, and that is why i made appointment. i thought it was just gonna be your typical bank with a drive through atm but they actually have really nice tellers inside who are sweet and patient the atm worked perfect the first time which never happens lol overall its a super convinient spot for quick banking stuff no complaints
