Most of the staff there are friendly, but this one particular teller had a subtle attitude. She told me that my business account can only allow so much money to cash a check, but she would not tell me what the limit was. I reminded her that I am the account holder and she should be able to tell me. She smirked and said that it was discretional and wouldn’t give me any explanation. Merlin was so helpful and sweet she did her job for me in a smooth polite very professional way the front desk man was so nice and polite also my customer experience in this brand was excellent 🧡 definitely I’m gonna be going there always for anything I want.
