They’re “suppose” to provide free notary service, so I set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the notary calls me about 30 minutes before the appointment time and tried to reschedule it. I advised her that I cannot as I had another appointment. My card was taken by ATM and used elsewhere! Avoid their ATMs. I went to this bank early today (5am) and used the ATM. The machine gave me my withdrawal but wouldn’t give me my card back. The message told me “to contact the bank”. I instantly called. Had my card blocked and requested a new card. The phone representative said the machine would shred my card (that didn’t happen). I have been banking for a long time. My banker Kyung is great, and Jose, my financial advisor is great. But it is managed terribly with long waits and overall very chaotic.
Clerk is professional and hospital, not so busy during working days.
