I won’t name names but I met with an adviser this month at this branch and I don’t think he has the slightest idea what he’s doing. He seems highly unprofessional, dismissive, rude, and has no people skills whatsoever. Ive been a BoA customer for over 10 years and I will continue to be, but I don’t think I will come back to this branch in the future.

I first visited on Tuesday, May 5th, to open an account. I was seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time by Dominic Modesti, who handled everything I needed with professional excellence.
