Retaliatory behavior from the Teller manager. I believe her name is Melissa. She is absolutely the worst person on this earth.Â
Went in to get some change in coins because I ran out at work at a local business in the neighborhood here in chino hills. Never have I ever been asked for my debit card to be entered in system when I ask for coins and I have came here often the last passed 6 years. Melissa the clerk stated if I wasn’t a customer I won’t be an able to get change in coins when that is false. I checked on website and that is not true and the manager was standing right next to her. Will not come back here.Â
I want to share how upset and disappointed I am after what happened at your branch today. I was told over the phone to come in the afternoon, but when I arrived, I was treated in a way that felt completely dismissive and unprofessional. Pretty sure BoA doesn't care about customer service, even with all these reviews. I will be closing down my accounts now, and even that process is giving me a headache with such bad customer service.Â
