As an Asian customer, I felt I was treated differently by the lady at the entrance. She was not friendly or welcoming. On the other hand, the male staff member was kind and professional. Because of this inconsistency, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I’ve been using Bank of America’s services for many years, and I have never experienced anything this disappointing. The Chinese female staff member at this branch displayed an extremely arrogant and dismissive attitude, making me feel ignored and disrespected. Service like this makes customers want to transfer their funds to another bank immediately, and I will definitely avoid returning to this branch for any future needs. It’s truly unfortunate that Bank of America allows such poor customer service at the frontline.
