If there is an issue with your account good luck getting assistance either in the lobby or though customer service. I spent 1 hour and a half with an assoiciate on Saturday with no answers to at least one error they made and possible a second error. I received an email alert early in the morning suggesting insufficent funds-this was not true.I also spent at least 30 minutes on Sunday requesting information to contact the regional manager-this information was denied even though I requested from Kelly in Albquerque at least 5 ... read more
The staff there was fantastic. There was an issue with something and the manager Kristen (spelling?) was wonderful in going above and beyond to help me get it taken care of.
